Where do you ship plants?

We ship plants within the United States and all major U.S. territories. We do not ship plants internationally at this time due to stringent import/export requirements of plant material.

Where do you ship hardgoods and accessories?

We can ship hardgoods domestically and locally. Shipping rates will vary depending on you location and customs/import fees may apply. 

When will my order ship?

We do our best to ship most orders within 3-5 business days of when the order is placed. Due to our small team size and the nature of shipping plants, we will sometimes take up to 7 business days to ship your order. Rest assured, we will do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible!

Is it too hot or cold to ship?

We understand that shipping houseplants in the winter might be slightly concerning, especially in areas where the temperatures dip down into the single digits! We offer heat packs that will help keep your purchase toasty warm during their adventure to your doorstep. Please choose a heat pack that fits into your shipping time frame. Visit our heat packs here. 

We also monitor the heat and will hold back on shipping when the temperatures may cause damage to the leaves during transit. 

Lost Packages

On the rare occasion that your package is lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the carrier to locate the package. If the package is deemed lost by the carrier, we will provide a refund.

What shipping methods are available?

We offer a wide selection of shipping methods from UPS, USPS, and FedEx. You can select the shipping speed and service that works best for you during checkout. With so many options, you're certain to find the best fit for your shipment. 

(NYC only) When will my Local Delivery order arrive?

When placing an order for local delivery, you select the date and time of delivery using the drop-drown menu during checkout. Please note that at this time we only accept delivery appointments for Friday and Saturday. 

After your order is placed, we will prepare your order and schedule the delivery within the time window requested. We utilize Roadie by UPS, a courier service that will pick up your order from our shop and drop it off right at your doorstep. If you have any issues with your delivery, please connect with us immediately so that we can troubleshoot.
