Description

The Begonia Maculata 'Wightii' features large angel wing-shaped leaves that are olive-green in color and patterned with silvery-white polka dots on top. Leaves are a deep purple-red on the bottom, and legend has it this feature inspired Christian Louboutin’s red bottoms. This plant blooms large clusters of white flowers on a single flower stem generally during the growing season. It prefers bright, indirect sunlight, but can tolerate low light and will begin to wilt when it needs to be watered. This popular collectors plant is distinguished from the similar ‘Angel Wing’ Begonia by the white spots on it’s leaves being considerably larger, and it’s flowers blooming white.
