Shipping policy

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States and all major U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

When will my order ship?

We do our best to ship most orders within 3-5 business days of when the order is placed. Due to our small team size and the nature of shipping plants, we will sometimes take up to 7 business days to ship your order. Rest assured, we will do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible!

Is it too hot or cold to ship?

We monitor the weather to the best of our ability and if severe weather or carrier delays are anticipated we will hold your shipment and contact you. During cold weather, we will insulate the package and include a heat pack. If you have any questions on the status of your order, please check your tracking number or email us at support@edsplantshop.com. If you experience any issues with your delivery, contact us and we will do our best to make it right!

Lost Packages

On the rare occasion that your package is lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the carrier to locate the package. If the package is deemed lost by the carrier, we will provide a refund.

What shipping methods are available?

We offer UPS Ground (1-4 business days), UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. We do not offer USPS services at this time due to anticipated carrier delays.

(NYC only) When will my Local Delivery order arrive?

When placing an order for local delivery, you select the date and time of delivery using the drop-drown menu during checkout. After your order is placed, we will prepare your order and schedule the delivery within the time window requested. If you placed an order for Local Delivery, you will receive real-time SMS notifications when your order is out for delivery.
