Shake up your Alocasia collection with something a little different! The tall, slender leaves of the Lauterbachiana are sure to stand out among your other plants along with the purple undersides that deepen as it matures. Treat this plant right and it will start to put out tiny ‘pups’ that can be propagated when you repot! While this isn’t the most difficult plant to keep alive, it will need a fair amount of attention to keep the soil evenly moist and the leaves vibrant with ample humidity. Once you figure out it’s routine it can grow rapidly and up to 3 feet tall!
