Description
The Calathea Ornata 'Beauty Star' is a popular and easy to care for variety of Calathea, known for it's white, pink and sometimes silver striped foliage on colorful green leaves. The underside of each leaf displays a deep purple or maroon color. The Beauty Star prefers bright indirect light for best growth and color yet can tolerate periods of partial shade. The soil should be kept evenly moist (yet not water-logged) during the warmer months and allowed to partially (yet not completely) dry out between waterings during colder months.Â
