Pilea 'Dark Mystery' is a small, easy to grow house plant that is a popular choice in terrarium displays due to its mounding growth pattern and love for humidity. It is known to be from Ecuador and offers highly textured, dark-green leaves that appear chocolate-brown with a broad silvery stripe running up the center of each leaf. It has a squat, bushy growth pattern and new growth will appear rose red/maroon in color. While it's known to thrive in low to medium light, at Ed's we find bright indirect light offers the best growth. It also has the added benefit of being pet friendly!

Available in 4-inch nursery pot
