The can is hot-dip galvanized by immersion in a zinc alloy heated to 460 degrees, allowing the zinc to adhere to the iron like a thick syrup. After this process, the can hangs and drips for 20 minutes to achieve the perfect coating. Following the zinc dip, the can is powder-coated, adding a protective layer of paint that enhances its color and texture.
