We currently ship plants within the United States only. Due to agricultural regulations and shipping constraints, international plant shipping is not available at this time.
However, most pots, planters, and accessories can be shipped internationally via UPS and USPS, depending on the destination. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in non-plant items, weâd be happy to assistâjust reach out!
âą When Will My Order Ship?
We're a small but mighty team, and we take great care with every order. Most orders are shipped within 5â8 business days, but during busy periods or extreme weather, it may take up to 15 business days.
Rest assuredâwe treat your plants like family, and weâll do our best to get them safely to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

We take seasonal temperatures seriously.
- During cold weather, we recommend adding a heat pack to your order to protect your plants during transit.
đ Browse Heat Packs - During heatwaves, we may temporarily delay shipping to prevent heat stress and damage to your plants.
If your area is experiencing extreme weather, we'll monitor conditions and notify you of any necessary delays to keep your plants safe.

If you're located in NYC, we offer convenient Local Delivery! Just select your preferred delivery date and time during checkout.
Once your order is prepped and ready, you'll receive real-time SMS updates when itâs out for delivery.

Lost packages are rareâbut if your shipment goes missing in transit:
