🌿 Where Do You Ship?
We currently ship live plants within the United States only. Due to agricultural regulations and shipping constraints, international plant shipping is not available at this time.
Most pots, planters, and accessories can be shipped internationally via UPS or USPS depending on destination. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in non-plant items, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.
⏱ When Will My Order Ship?
We’re a small but mighty team, and every order is carefully prepared by hand.
- Most orders ship within 7–10 business days.
- During peak seasons, operational transitions, or periods of extreme weather, processing may take up to 15 business days.
Live plants require thoughtful timing and preparation, and shipping may be intentionally delayed to protect plant health.
❄️☀️ Weather & Seasonal Shipping Considerations
We take seasonal temperatures seriously and actively monitor weather conditions along transit routes.

Cold Weather: During colder months, we may recommend adding a heat pack to your order to help reduce transit stress. Heat packs and insulation help mitigate risk but do not eliminate the possibility of cold-related cosmetic damage.
👉 Browse Heat Packs - Extreme Heat: During heatwaves, we may temporarily delay shipments to prevent heat stress and irreversible damage.
If conditions are deemed unsafe, we may hold or delay shipment rather than risk plant loss. Shipping live plants during extreme temperatures always carries some inherent risk.
🌱 Cold Stress & Cosmetic Damage (Important)
During winter shipping, plants may experience cosmetic cold stress, including leaf yellowing, browning, or leaf drop. This type of damage is common during cold-weather transit and does not necessarily indicate that a plant is dead.
Many plants remain healthy and viable at the root and stem level and can recover over time with proper care. Cosmetic damage related to cold stress is considered a known risk of winter shipping.

We offer a variety of shipping options to fit your needs and location:
- UPS Ground (1–4 business days)
- UPS 3 Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
- USPS Priority Mail
Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
🏙 Local Delivery (NYC Only)
For customers in NYC, we offer local delivery via a trusted local courier.
- Delivery date and time are selected at checkout.
- Once your order is out for delivery, you’ll receive real-time SMS updates.
Local delivery timing depends on location, route optimization, and order contents.
📦 Lost or Missing Packages
Lost packages are rare, but if your shipment appears to be missing:
- Please contact us as soon as possible.
- We will open a claim with the carrier and attempt to locate the package.
- If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a refund or store credit, at our discretion.
⏰ Reporting Shipping Issues
Any concerns related to shipping damage, delays, or plant condition must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the plant(s) and packaging.
