🌿 Where Do You Ship?

We currently ship plants within the United States only. Due to agricultural regulations and shipping constraints, international plant shipping is not available at this time.

However, most pots, planters, and accessories can be shipped internationally via UPS and USPS, depending on the destination. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in non-plant items, we’d be happy to assist—just reach out!


⏱ When Will My Order Ship?

We're a small but mighty team, and we take great care with every order. Most orders are shipped within 5–8 business days, but during busy periods or extreme weather, it may take up to 15 business days.

Rest assured—we treat your plants like family, and we’ll do our best to get them safely to your doorstep as quickly as possible.


❄️☀️ Weather Concerns: Is It Too Hot or Cold to Ship?

We take seasonal temperatures seriously.

  • During cold weather, we recommend adding a heat pack to your order to protect your plants during transit.

  • During heatwaves, we may temporarily delay shipping to prevent heat stress and damage to your plants.

If your area is experiencing extreme weather, we'll monitor conditions and notify you of any necessary delays to keep your plants safe.

Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected items.


🏙 Local Delivery (NYC Only)

If you're located in NYC, we offer convenient Local Delivery! Just select your preferred delivery date and time during checkout.

Once your order is prepped and ready, you'll receive real-time SMS updates when it’s out for delivery.

📦 Lost or Missing Packages

Lost packages are rare—but if your shipment goes missing in transit:

  • Contact us right away.
  • We’ll open a claim with the carrier and work to track it down.
  • If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll issue a refund or store credit, your choice.
