
Plant Subscription - Subscribe And Thrive Plant
I ordered my first monthly 6" subscription on 7/13. I'm going out of town for a week and was nervous I'd come home to a dead plant when I didn't receive a shipping notification. On 7/23 I emailed customer service and asked that shipping be delayed if it wasn't going to arrive by today, 7/28. I received a very quick, friendly, and very helpful response from Nikki. I received my Stromanthe Trio star today and I'm so pleased! It's healthy, full, and it was very well-packaged so it arrived in beautiful condition! I'm looking forward to many months of plant mail from Ed's!
