NYC Plant Services & Special Projects
Ed’s Plant Shop is primarily an online plant retailer offering nationwide shipping and eligible local delivery in New York City. We also review select commercial, residential, office, event, and plant-related special projects when the scope fits our current staffing, inventory, timing, and operating capacity.

Plant Projects We May Review
Availability is not guaranteed, but requests we may consider include:
- Bulk and commercial plant sourcing for offices, retail spaces, hospitality, events, and other projects
- Office and workplace plant orders, including coordinated plant selection and delivery
- Event and special-occasion plant sourcing for displays, gifts, or temporary installations
- Plant placement and installation requests when the project size and location are feasible
- Repotting requests connected to an approved project or special arrangement
- Oversized or complex local deliveries that may require additional coordination
- Special sourcing for particular plant sizes, quantities, or varieties

Services Are Reviewed Individually
We no longer operate a public Brooklyn storefront or walk-in service counter. Services such as emergency housecalls, routine monthly plant maintenance, lawn care, on-demand pest treatment, and walk-in repotting are not advertised as standard always-available services.
Some plant-care, installation, repotting, or commercial requests may still be considered as special projects. Approval depends on the specific job rather than a fixed service menu.
What to Include in Your Request
Providing complete information helps us quickly determine whether a project is feasible. Please include:
- Your name or business name
- The project or delivery address
- The type and approximate number of plants involved
- Photos of the space or existing plants when relevant
- Approximate dimensions or access details for large items
- Your preferred completion or delivery date
- Your approximate budget
- A short description of what you would like us to handle

NYC Delivery for Standard Orders
Most customers do not need a custom service. Eligible plants, planters, and plant-care products can be ordered directly online for local delivery to qualifying New York City addresses.
Enter the complete delivery address at checkout to see whether Local Delivery is available for the order. Delivery eligibility depends on the address, products, inventory readiness, courier availability, and current operating capacity.

Online-Only — No Walk-In Service or Pickup
Ed’s Plant Shop is online-only and does not maintain a public storefront, showroom, warehouse, or customer pickup counter. Projects and services must be arranged in advance.
A rotating selection of Ed’s Plant Shop plants may occasionally be available for in-person purchase at Flower Daddy in Williamsburg. Flower Daddy is a separate retail business and is not an Ed’s Plant Shop pickup, return, customer-service, repotting, or project-consultation location.
