Ed’s Plant Shop is a Brooklyn-rooted, online-only plant shop. Greenpoint customers can browse our current online selection, enter a complete delivery address at checkout, and select Local Delivery when the address, products, and current courier capacity qualify.
Because plant size, inventory readiness, route distance, and courier availability can change, checkout provides a more reliable eligibility check than a fixed neighborhood delivery promise.

- A local courier completes delivery after the order is ready.

Greenpoint Walk-Ups, Row Houses, Lofts and Waterfront Buildings
Greenpoint includes older walk-ups and row houses, converted industrial spaces, offices, and newer waterfront apartment buildings. The delivery path can be very different from one property to another, particularly for larger plants.
Please include the correct apartment or unit number, mobile phone number, buzzer or intercom information, and any doorman, front-desk, service-entrance, or elevator instructions. For oversized plants or heavy planters, confirm that stairs, hallways, doorways, and elevators can accommodate the item before ordering.
Building type also influences plant choice. A bright loft or waterfront apartment may have very different light exposure from a shaded first-floor room or narrow railroad apartment. Choose plants for the actual light inside the space rather than relying on a general “low-light” label.

Large floor plants, heavy planters, and multi-item deliveries can require more coordination than a standard order. Local courier delivery generally covers transportation to an accessible delivery point and does not automatically include installation, repotting, furniture moving, or difficult multi-flight carries.

Online-Only — No Greenpoint Pickup
Ed’s Plant Shop does not operate a public Greenpoint storefront, customer pickup counter, or showroom. Orders cannot be collected from our former Brooklyn studio or another fulfillment location.
A rotating selection of Ed’s Plant Shop plants may occasionally be available at Flower Daddy in Williamsburg, but Flower Daddy is a separate business and is not an Ed’s Plant Shop pickup, return, exchange, or support location.

Do you deliver plants to Greenpoint?

Is Greenpoint plant delivery same-day?
Same-day delivery is not guaranteed. Orders require inventory coordination, plant inspection, preparation, and courier scheduling before dispatch.
Can you deliver large plants to a walk-up?
Some larger plants may qualify, but the item must fit the access route. Check stairs, hallways, doorways, and elevator dimensions and provide delivery instructions.
Can I pick up an order in Greenpoint?
No. Ed’s Plant Shop is online-only and does not currently offer customer pickup.
