1. Snake Plant

2. ZZ Plant
ZZ Plants are useful where you want a slow-growing upright plant without frequent watering. In winter, give them as much useful indirect light as possible and avoid watering simply because a week has passed.
3. Golden Pothos
Pothos makes good use of shelves and vertical space. Lower winter light can slow growth and reduce variegation, so move it closer to an appropriate window or add supplemental light if needed.
4. Aglaonema
Aglaonema offers compact growth and colorful foliage. Greener cultivars generally tolerate lower light better than highly colorful forms, but all still need usable light. Keep them away from cold drafts near poorly insulated windows.
5. Peperomia
Many Peperomia stay compact enough for desks, windowsills and shelves. Watering needs vary by species, but keeping the mix constantly wet is rarely helpful. Choose the exact variety based on your room’s light.

Monstera works best in a room with enough light and enough space for its mature growth. Winter is a good time to check whether a large plant has drifted too far from the window as the sun angle and day length change.
8. Rubber Plant

9. Peace Lily
