Refund policy

All plants that are suspected of being in less that perfect health upon arrival must be photographed, completely unpacked, with an unobstructed view, and inspected by a shop keeper before any decisions can be made. Do not discard the plant! The full 15 days must pass before adjustments on your order will be processed, unless the plant is assessed to be deceased by us. 

Small Plants

All of our small plants (8" nursery pots and below) are covered under our 15 Day Plant Health Guarantee. If the plant’s health declines beyond repair within 15 days of the date your order was received through no fault of your own, we will provide a store credit equal to the value of the plant. Please be advised, if you choose to repot your plant within 15 days of receiving it, you will void this guarantee. Please reach out for care assistance at the first sign of plant health decline. If your order is damaged or fails to meet your expectations, please contact us by email at support@edsplantshop.com and we will assist you.

Large Plants

All large plants (10" nursery pots and above) have a 48 hour return window. Delivery fee is non refundable. We only send out plants that are representative of the photography on the site, and are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if your plant arrives damaged contact us within 48 hours to initiate a replacement or refund. If you are dissatisfied for any other reason such as plant size or shape, you are eligible for a swap of the same item within the 48 hour window.

Pots & All Other Items

All of our other items (unless otherwise indicated on the product page) have a 30-day return and exchange window within the date your order was received.  To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do charge a 15% restocking fee for all products that are returned to us without damage. The percentage will be deducted from your overall refund amount. 

To start a return or exchange, or help with any return questions, you can contact us at support@edsplantshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not throw away your plants, and unpackage them completely before connecting with us. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned where indicated, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final-sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please note once your refund has been issued, it can take an additional 3 - 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
