Alocasia x ‘Regal Shield’

The Alocasia 'Regal Shield' is a larger hybrid variety of Alocasia recognizable for its almost black velvety leaves with maroon undersides that grow from long semi-stiff stems. A matrix of thick, yellow under veins support the upright leaves. This plants needs bright light and high humidity to thrive. It also appreciates a large space to grow given its rapid growth in width and height.
